Land Healing - 3 Session Bundle

Minimum cost: $2259 ** | ***

This package includes [1] prep session, and [1] land visit for analysis, and [2] sessions with Cynthia for wisdom transmission & integration support!

• Prep Session: Introduction
  *virtual; scheduled approx 2 weeks out; est 1 hr
  Cynthia meets with the landowner virtually to address initial questions, goals and plan the best approach for the future sessions.

• 1st Session: Land Consult & Analysis
  *in person; scheduled approx 4 weeks out; est. 4 hours
  Cynthia visits your site for a brief consult and spending one-on-one time walking the site for analysis. The analysis work is done alone (unless Cynthia deems otherwise), though you will need to plan to be present on the property for the duration of the visit.

• 2nd Session: Wisdom Transmission Session
  *virtual; scheduled approx. 4 weeks after analysis; est. 1.5hrs
  Cynthia creates an insulating container to review special items you bring to your session and delivers your unique, customized Land Reading.

• 3rd Session: Unfolding Integration Session
  *virtual; scheduled approx. 4 weeks after reading delivered; est. 1.5hrs
  Cynthia reconvenes with you to create an additional specific container for mapping integrating the information received in your reading.

Housekeeping Items:
Cancellation policy: no refunds offered. Failure to complete the required intake form and/or arrive timely forfeits your booked session; no refunds will be given.

Practitioner’s Right to Terminate Project: The practitioner reserves the right to terminate the project if there are safety concerns, issues with access permissions to the property or ownership verification and documentation are not provided by client.

Expectation of client: These wisdom transmissions are not to be taken lightly. Cynthia works diligently to develop a trusting partnership with the land to transmit ancient wisdom to land owners. Clients are expected to continue a collaborative approach with the land using the wisdom gleaned through this work. While Cynthia understands all recommendations may not be feasible to implement immediately, clients are required to hold the wisdom learned with earnest respect and care. to make best efforts to align and implement recommendations from wisdom transmissions as they are able.

Additional travel expenses may apply:
**Travel expenses to your location will be billed separately if more than 30 miles from Nashville, TN. Travel expenses include but are not limited to: flight, hotel accommodations, daily per diem for min. 3 days of travel per each day spent with the land onsite.

Additional analysis expenses and longer timelines may apply:
*** For land area larger than 1 acre, additional $1000/acre fees will apply in addition to the $2259 deposit. A maximum of 10 acres can be assessed per project and will be broken up into multiple visits to the property. All project over 1 acre will have a total duration of 4 to 12 months to be completed. Cynthia reserves the right to schedule the timeline for completion (not longer than 12 consecutive months) based on guidance she receives from the land guides - at her exclusive discretion.

Additional virtual support for implementation of recommendations:
Additional implementation support may be available if requested. These requests are granted and priced at Cynthia’s sole discretion and are billed separately.
Cynthia prioritizes accommodating requests for those interested in aligning their land use and care.
